Thanks Letter for Interviews

Once you have done drafting your thank you letter after phone interview, you should ask someone you know who is good with grammar and spelling to proofread your letter. You should make sure that it is fully spellchecked with great grammar before sending it out. If you feel that during the phone interview you had accidentally missed out important skills or experience, you could briefly mention it in your thank you letter after phone interview.
You should also let them know about how keen you are to work with them as well as let them know how you plan to benefit them if they hire you. Show them that you are motivated and hungry for success, but do not overdo it.
While you want to sound keen and confident, you do not want to overdo it and repeat how excellent, experienced and skillful you are which may come out as annoying or smug. You should also not mention about your expected salary as it should not be mentioned unless you are already hired. Just be positive, and remember to send out your thank you letter after phone interview to increase your chances of getting hired.
