Questions to Ask Interviewer

We have many questions to suggest you to ask interviewer in a job interview. Some questions can change result of interview. Then you should also pay attention both questions to ask your interviewer and answer for interviewer’s questions.
How would you expect the responsibilities of this position?
Normally, interview will answer this question follow with job description that consist of qualification and responsibilities of candidate. This question can show your performance that is their seeking because after they answer this question to you, you can tell them about your ability that is exact with their requirement. Then you should prepare answer before interview started.
Why is this position vacant? What did the previous employee?
You should check about why is this position vacant? If this position is vacant because of carrier path, it don’t interest or if it’s vacant because the previous employee is promoted, you should check the next step about how long the previous employee work until he or she is promoted? or if it’s available because it’s the new position, you should check about job duty and carrier path.
