Questions for Job Interviews

“Why did you leave your last job?”
Often times, the employer would want to know the reason why you left your last job. If you were fired from your previous job, whatever it is, do not tell the truth. There are three great ways to answer this question, and the first is to, well, lie, that you had been laid off, probably due to the restructuring of the organization. Other tolerable answers are that you feel you need more challenge, or you will that you have improved your skills, and you would like to look for positions which are more suitable for you.
“How was it working with your employers and supervisors in your previous job?”
No matter how much you hate your boss or your supervisor, do not talk ill about them because it is a huge indication that you might do the same with them. Instead, let them know how pleasant it was to work with them, highlight their positives and they were a great help in pushing you to do your best.
“What Do You Feel Are Your Weaknesses?”
Do not let them fish out your actual weaknesses. Just be sure for every weaknesses, mention your efforts in improving in those areas.
